How to Conduct

  1. Explain the prompt: each person will share what their fantasy career would be, if they could do absolutely anything for a living, regardless of practicality.
  2. Give everyone a moment to think.
  3. Go around the group, each person sharing their fantasy career.
  4. As facilitator, ask a light follow-up question after each share, for example “What draws you to that?”, to keep it conversational rather than a flat list.

WHAT TO EXPECT FROM THE GROUP

  • A few participants may hang back at first; let them opt in when they're ready rather than forcing a turn.
